“Insights” class for Adults (18+) in Recovery. Every Thursday from 6 pm - 8 pm for 6 weeks. This class will be filled with learning, support, healing and reconnecting with social experiences.

Come together in a safe space with other adults in recovery on a journey to build self awareness, boost confidence, develop wellness routines & practice coping strategies for healthy social maintenance.
