Mindful Me Series

Big emotions are a normal part of growing up. NAMI’s Mindful Me Series is here to help kids navigate them with confidence.

This free program for grades K-8 introduces emotional awareness, empathy, and coping skills through creative, hands-on activities that keep students engaged.

With short, flexible lessons (15-30 minutes) and all the materials provided at no cost, Mindful Me is easy to bring into your classroom, after-school group, or any youth program.

Help the young people in your community build strong emotional foundations, one mindful moment at a time.
